Cold Forging Facility
Our cold forging facility is capable of producing special fasteners ranging from 1 mm to 25 mm in diameter and up to 300 mm in length. Equipped with world-class Japanese forging machines like Asahi Sunac and Sakamura, as well as a selection of high-quality machines from Taiwan.
We have wide range of options from single-die two-blow to four-die four-blow and five-die five-blow multi-stage machines.
Secondary Section
We also offer secondary machining to meet our customers’ needs. Our thread rolling, centerless grinding, knurling, drilling, and tapping machines . We also offer two-axis CNC machines to ensure precision and accuracy.
Heat Treatment
With two state-of-the-art heat treatment lines, we are capable of producing up to 9 MT per day, all controlled by SCADA systems to ensure consistency and reliability. Additionally, we are currently installing a new furnace in our new unit, which will increase our capacity to 15 MT per day. With our rigorous quality control checks, we can guarantee uniform hardness in all of our heat-treated products.
Surface Treatment
Our world-class alkaline zinc plating plant is fully automatic and SCADA controlled, ensuring precision and consistency in every batch. With a capacity of producing up to 12 MT per day, our plating plant is equipped with scrubbers and rectifiers to maintain optimal environmental conditions and reduce waste.
